Vaida Plesa is a founder of VP Legal, LLC, where she focuses her practice on a wide range of U.S. and global immigration matters.

During law school, Vaida served as an Immigration Law Clerk at the Ascend Justice, where she assisted individuals and families and provided advocacy for U-Visa petitioners and Vawa applicants. She also served as a pro bono volunteer for the DACA project housed with the local Erie House. She handled the preparation and filing of family-based immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions.

Prior to starting her own law firm, Vaida worked as a law clerk at a boutique immigration firm in Chicago, Illinois and worked on a complex corporate litigation matters.

Vaida speaks English and Lithuanian.
